ay yi yi, I get this, too! Plantar Fascitis, is that how it is spelled? Treat by doing special stretches often throughout the day: balls of feet rest on edge of a stair, drop heels down to the floor below, hold for 20 seconds. Also, ice. Rest. Really good comfortable supportive shoes. Don't go barefoot at all, even when you first wake up. I can't think of any thing else, but this is what has helped me!

Kevin,

1. Rub NSAID cream into your foot from the heel to the base of the big toe before you go to bed. You can do this up to 3x during the day...

2. ice to the same area first.

3. when you get up in the morning, sit on the side of the bed, put a tennis ball under the arch of your foot, and roll it around for a few mins - gradually putting more weight/pressure thru the ball. This is a gentle way to start stretching a cold plantar fascia before you take weight on it.

4. Leave out offerings to appease the Great Angry AS God.... :-(

HTH,

Louise

Yeah, that's rough... I ditto what everyone says above... I used to go barefoot all day...until 18 months ago, haven't since. BUT... it's gone.

mine comes raring & flaring for awhile, then it settles down to a dull ache. thankfully it's at that point now. it is horrible to be hobbling around on feet that feel like clubs! OUCH!! funny thing.. before I realized what it was, I thought my feet hurt because my kids were ALWAYS stepping on my feet! lol! now I know better.

4. If you ever leave chocolate as an offering, please post exactly where and when you do such a thing; as well as your address and where you hide your front door key; ok?
