If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I am having that under the heel pain for about the last week. I try not to pay too much attention to it. That is where my AS reared it's ugly head. Altho it is summer and I like to go barefoot. I get some relief by wearing my birkenstocks just about all day.

<raising hand for chocolate>
Oh, I've read and heard that the 'stair stretch' mentioned earlier in this thread is really bad for plantar fasciitis.
Podiatrist told me to use a brick or block of wood (I used an old phone book) and put the toes on that, with heels on the floor. Straighten the leg and stretch the Achilles that way. You have control over the stretch, rather than just bouncing off a step, which could lead to rupture of either your PF or the tendon. Strengthening the Achilles helps relieve PF. If you catch the PF early, this works much better. Regrettably, I didn't catch it early. Good luck.

yes, if my PF or achilles is really bad, i can feel the tendon "tear" or at least it feels like that if it is overstretched. the stairs is a good stretch if things are just a little bit bad.
probably the worst thing to do (for me anyhow) is the foot strengthening toe raises on one foot when the PF is bad. but when not too bad, a good thing to do in between the flares.
so, yes, i agree, do need to be careful.....always,
