Hello -

Just wondering if anybody eperiences a type of grinding in their joints (neck, shoulder, wrists and hips). It almost sounds like bone is knocking or grinding off each other.

Thanks

Pasch

Yes, my hips and my spine. My PA had a fill-in Friday and she taught me a new excercise and when I went to the left with his I heard and felt a pop and grind from the bottom of my spine to the top. Really weird. Doesn't hurt. I just can just feel and hear it.

Hi Pasch - Yes. Called 'crepitus'. Have it in my neck, knees, shoulders and right elbow, and, very occasionally in hips. Also, sometimes fingers - just now in fact... Yes, bones grinding off of each other. Snap, crackle and pop!

I know what you mean about the shoulders cc. I can get mine to crack on command. Knees too.
