Hi. Thanks. I will be off my diet, never really on a diet, but try to avoid some things.. But I did celebrate with choc. this morning! Yes, my aches in the evening are more tolerable, T. Y.

Gerri,
Lin is taking me out for a nice meal. Our kids are from Seattle to Kansas City. But I will be talking ot them and will see them all this summer.
