If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Steve, I hope that you feel good and that it is a great run! I did walk 35 minutes this morning...... I have not had nay of those endorphins, from running for years.. Be safe!

Got up at 4:00 am Saturday morning. Drove to Provo, got on a bus that took me up Provo canyon then turned and went 4 miles up South Fork of Provo Canyon. Then we all waited for the race to start. It was cold up there. Race started about 7:00 am. It took me about 2 hours to run the 13.1 miles. I made it. I then went home and went back to sleep. Thanks every one for the support.

Great job. Are you running St George again this year?

I didn't get into St George marathon this year. It has actually been kind of nice. I just held at 20 miles per week instead of pushing it up to 40 miles a week.
