If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

YYEEAAHH! My mom finally gets help! Today she starts remicade and I'm soooo excited! She's been in so much pain and I honestly couldn't stand it any more! I hope and pray that this helps her! I am realistic though and realize that she won't be %100 pain free but would love for her to get relief! I had to us the cake as my post pic on this post because I feel its her new begining! I have huge hopes for it!!! Does anyone know approx how long after first infusion this can work? My fingers are crossed! Cross yours to please! She needs and deserves this!
Zanni

Thx Zanni! I love you too!
But no worries, I'm not any worse off than you!!
Success on my first day! I look forward to the rest of the year and if I can tolerate it, then I believe you will be as likely to handle it also. When you can and are ready! That is my greatest wish in the whole world right now. We have had so many similarities with meds that I figure that if I do it first and do ok, then it is more likely to work for you - kinda weird huh! It seems par for the course for us doesn't it!
But thank you sooooooo very much for posting this! lolove!

Hi Zanni,
The time it takes to work varies with every individual, but if you are lucky, it can start to work in two weeks. In my case, it took 6 weeks before it kicked in.
All the best,
James

Zanni, this is good news. I hope Remicade works as well for her as it has for so many of us!!
It worked for me during the first infusion. I was still hooked up when I realized the effect it was having. It doesn't work that quickly for everyone; some take months before they really feel it. They say for some people it can take up to six months, by the way. Many others respond much sooner than that, however.
Please let us know how she does on it, OK?
Hugs,
Kat

Keeping my fingers crossed. Of course, that could be dangerous if I forget why I have them crossed. Hugs,
Kat

YEAH Zanni, that's such great news! I think I might know how you feel, I'm hoping my mom gets approved for remicade one of these days too!
