Hi Jeffrey,
Ditto! I'm with you. Had tried (almost) everything.
Lyrica - 75mg twice a day, is my wonder drug. Seems I have the combination right to be comfortable - Lyrica, Enbrel, Norspan Patches and Digesics.
I can do the basic stuff now without being in pain for days afterwards. If I try and do to much, then I'm only in severe pain for days instead of weeks.
Do you have any side effects from it?

My energy level increased (which my doctor told me about). I also feel a little spaced out most of the time but nothing real bad.
Do you have any side effects?

Thanks Jeffery....I was at the pain clinic again this morning and they said I looked 'down'. I try not too but its hard somedays especially without sleeping.
