If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

hi Marna....wow, how do they get the nerve unpinched? I'm thinking along those lines but I'm not sure...actually, I think this is the first time in a very long time that I had something going on with my body and had absolutely no idea which direction to turn towards....I'm stumped....I won't brush it off though...promise....

Oh Michelle, No advise here except to please see your dr. The closest that I have had to that has been several times lately that I have awakened to not being able to turn myself over in bed. After a while, it seems that my strength returns. I don't know what that is either. I think of you so much. Hugs and Blessings. Possi

Michelle, I hope you feel better by now! Please get some rest as deep sleep will help your body heal. I do not have advice but offer my support. This sounds like something that happened to me when I was very young, maybe about 4 years old. I woke up and could not bear weight on my legs. My mother had me rest, and then brought me to the hospital where x rays were done. By the end of the day, I was able to walk out of the hospital, and I can only imagine how my poor mother felt, all on her own. I will never know if my legs fell asleep and then they hurt or if I had a virus--but I hope you get some answers and feel well, keep posting please! Jan

HI Michelle,
Sorry to hear about this experience. If related to AS, only thing I can think of is neuropathy. I had it on and off for a few months... tingling feeling in arms / legs... they would feel cold as well. One night in bed was so bad the tingling I went to emergency and finally I learned it was neuropathy.
Hope you can find some answers,
Tim

nobody else has mentioned it so thought it might be worth mentioning that numbness and tingling in the hands and feet is a classic vitamin b12 deficiency symptom. might be worth getting levels tested. just adding it to the list of possibles.
