If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm just curious what elevation/altitude everyone lives at, and do you think it makes a difference for your AS? My mom mentioned today that she thinks barometer changes affect people more at high elevation than low elevation . . . any opinions? I've lived at high elevation all my life (6,200 feet and now 6,800 feet above sea-level, but dry climate). Just wondering what y'all's ideas are on the matter I went to work today for the first time in over 2 weeks because they said they NEEEEEEEEEEDED me . . . I was there for over 4 hours and now I'm almost dead. I'm getting in the tub with a mixed drink. Before dark. Yeah, you heard me. I'm so bad. Bridget

I live at a pretty low altitude right now. When I went to an altitude of 3000ish M this summer I was fine.. causing me to think that high altitiude is better for me than low??
in saying that I think a high humidity affects me alot! my hometown wasnt very humid but the city Im living in is.. and the more heat and humidity there is the worse I seem to feel.. in saying that I have different pains in winter too.. which is less humid.
hope I make some sense!! hehe

755 feet, plus my 5'6"....total 760.5 ft. But that would be my head elevation and it doesn't hurt right now. Feet hurt the most and they are down at the 755 ft level.
Brigette, enjoy that warm bath...sounds wonderful.

Baths are bliss!
I doubt elevation has an impact. I've been below sea level and way up high with no noticable change in symptoms. Even warm versus cold climates don't seem to impact me all that much; I've flared in the cold and in the heat, at sea level and in the mountains. Yuck.

Hi Bridget I have been at various elevations and it makes no difference on me. But COLD affect me big time. It must be because the cold makes me tighten up. Winters are the pits sometimes but hot showers are bliss. Ray
