Hi every one,
Thought I would update you with some good news for a change. clap I seem to be getting my Diabetes under control at last my sugar levels are hovering around normal and Im starting to feel more with it and less tired.

As for my AS I havent had any pain in my back shoulders neck legs for 6 weeks nothing apart from some pain in jaw which has settled down now. Im on no medication for AS apart from bedtime co-codamol because im addicted and dont sleep without. Im sleeping 7 hours every night and get up with no stiffeness at all in the mornings and take the dog for a walk before breakfast. How long it will last I dont know I have had it happen before and its lasted a few months but this has'nt happend in the last 6 years so Im just going to enjoy feeling so good I wish you could all feel like this. It feels very strange though no pain WOW roll roll

Kevin - this is almost unbelievable and I'm SO pleased for you. Any ideas on why? Any special diet? Or exercise?

I wonder if you're so fused now that AS can't do any more damage. The thing is, I thought that you would experience pain from the physical changes in your body as much as from AS inflammation.

Anyway - yoo hoo! Brilliant clap clap clap laugh

I dont know why Wendy I dont have any pain even with all my damage. Like I say I have had it happen before but that was over 6 years ago Im not expecting it to last forever but Im going to enjoy it while it lasts. Have my bloods done in 2 weeks should be interesting if Im still the same.

its about time you got a break! can't think of a nicer person for that to happen to. here's to as many painfree days/weeks/months as possible. and glad the diabetes is once again getting under control so you can really appreciate this time. if not too much pain now, maybe trying to walk as much as you can (maybe you already are), i know exercise is one of the best things to help regulate blood sugar. bet scooby helps motivate you to walk.
