Hello everyone, I hope someone might be able to help me with something...

Not sure if I'm doing quite as well as I thought...

Cheated on NSD yesterday for dinner party... blush

Am feeling the pain today more as the day's gone on - OK that's my own fault I know...

Decided to print off NASS exercises to try them to see if it might help a bit.

Discovered that every stretching movement I did made me click, crack, grate and grind big style.

What does this mean? Sorry, know this is probably a basic question but I am a bit worried about it. Thanks a lot.

Oh, thanks Kevin.
That's a relief.
Rubbing joints doesn't sound nice.

i figure if it doesn't hurt, i'm not gonna worry about it.

i'm pretty sure its as kevin said, for me, its due to "arthritis" in the joints.

In reply to your lovely comment, Sue, as hopefully shown in box above! laugh2 Thank you, I think that's good advice.

I think it probably also means I ought to do the exercises regularly. I haven't done much since I had emergency C-section with third baby. I now have the motivation.

Thanks again, Sue rainbow

Thanks so much for your comments, Kevin!
It sure is nice when your illness can make you laugh sometimes! I love it when people think I'm mad! It's nice to have little in-jokes isn't it?!
Bet you and Molly are a hoot together!

My joints crack all the time too. I personally wouldn't worry about it unless there is additional pain when it cracks. We AS'ers get to know our bodies well. I think you would be able to tell if something was damaging you. My joints crack all the time even with regular movements. Par for the course!!
