If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Wonderful news Jeffery!!!
My husband is on Cymbalta right now for fibro. Still waiting to see results(been on it for two weeks). Good to know of an alternative, just in case. You have our best wishes and prayers.
Jeanne

Isn't it ironic that you can go on numerous sites for fibromyagia, a very mysterious disease, and you will get advice on proper diet for fibro. Certain foods are claimed to be triggers and said to cause more pain. Yet almost all sites regarding AS, a more understood disease, claim diet, other than good nutrition, will have any effect on AS pain.
Some of the foods that are said to cause triggers for fibro are caffiene, refined sugar and WHITE FLOUR.
I guess we are left to our own conclusions!!!

Hi Jeanne
I hope Cymbalta works for your husband. Has he showed any improvement ?? Just like AS, fibro can be a hit and miss as far as medications and lifestyle changes.
Good Luck

Just caught your thread Jeffery - good news. Hope the meds work for you. And, so right about the mention of diet. Crazy, when diet plays such a part and parcel with so many diseases yet it is completely rubbished where arthritis, RA, OA, As etc are concerned. Cannot understand it. Yet to my way of thinking, *why not *start with a dietary focus and IF it don't work, then move onto other methods and lastly to the drugs. Would sure save the health services various a bob or two and, save not a few patients from the nasty side effects of the drugs. Shakes head in disbelief! But one day, mebbe? Hope springs. (This of course is not to side line those patients for whom the drugs do work, and work very well indeed.)

Jeffery, Marty's side effect of total exhaustion from the Cymbalta is beginning to wear off, thank God. His pain in general is decreasing too. He has been on the Cybalta for two weeks and the NSD for two and a half weeks. So I'm not sure which method is helping him, maybe both. We'll take improvement wherever it comes. It was such great news to know that Sevella has begun to work for you. Each success story should be celebrated to the hilt. You guys have gone through so much, you deserve to enjoy life without the pain for a change. Take care.
God's peace.
Jeanne

Jeffery,
That is exciting news, as I am on Lyrica and Cymbalta both. I have been watching this post to see how you are doing and I like what i am hearing.
Keep us update.
