this is unreal, it is the worst case senario....rig blows up, sinks, oil shoots out from...the ocean floor? what is left of the pipeline? I fear the worst....is yet to come....

Oh Michelle, I've just been so sad as I've watched each new report come in from this catastrophe. While this would have been a disaster no matter where it hit in this vast world, I just can't help but think it is just SO much worse because it is hitting the just-recovering-from-Katrina Gulf Coast region. I just pray that the weather at least starts to cooperate so all you hardworking folks can minimize the eco disaster from this. And, I hope each and every person on that coast who is economically affected by this sticks BP with the bill.
I will be hoping and praying for the best, Michelle.

Hi Lisa...yes, lots of news...Mike leaves tomorrow to the rig site to work on this mess, not sure how I feel about that yet, they've shut down all seafood harvesting, of course...and it's just one big hot mess...  Big hugs & much love...

Hi Brad...well, the winds have shifted so now they're scrambling the other direction, no ryhme or reason, I'm just sick of going to the "town hall" meetings and hearing nothing definitive...just a bunch of talking in circles...so many people are saying we're done, that this will be the final straw...it's just crazy!! Thanks so much for all of your prayers...
