If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

One time when I was working and I had nothing left in the cupboard to take for lunch I mixed together coconut cream, strawberries and blueberries and it was actually quite good. I'm sure if you put some coconut cream in a blender with some fruit it could be quite tasty. I find pams coconut cream (not the 'lite' one) to be the best one as it is 75% coconut and cheap. It is also loaded with fat and calories so you could make high calorie smoothie that could put some meat back on your bones.

I wouldn't worry too much about traces of starch in berries. I know you're trying to be as strict as possible but I think berries are pretty low risk. Others may disagree.

Here are a few I have all the time: https://www.kickas.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showthreaded&Number=358016I also like cold watermelon with frozen strawberries, which are starting to show up in the market. Can you find a grocer that imports the best quality fruits, that are picked ripe and less starchy? More expensive, but worth it. Or maybe something grown locally from a small organic farm.

Donette, what brand do you get? I see a lot of "Almond Breeze" locally and it has some tapioca starch http://store.bluediamond.com/Almond-Breezereg-Original--Unsweetened_p_37.htmlI'm starting to get excited about the possibilities of starch-free smoothies with homemade yogurt, coconut oil, and almond milk...

That's the kind I have, Blue Diamond, Almond Breeze, Vanilla flavor and it does not have the tapioca starch. Weird, eh? They thickened the unflavored, but not the vanilla. Do any of the ingredients on the vanilla look bad? (they are on the website you posted) Whew, because I can't type all of those !!

Interesting, only the unsweetened types have added starch.
I've been trying to avoid cane sugar (using honey and raisins instead) but other than that the ingredients for your sweetened vanilla milk look decent... assuming there isn't anything too bad in the catch-all "natural flavorings" of course (that labeling cop-out really irritates me, since it encompasses junk like MSG as well as innocuous extracts)
