Thanks Jeanne.

Is coconut/almond milk safe if you're lactose intolerant?

How do you make honey smoothies jet?

Cheers.

Coconut cream and almond milk are fine in terms of lactose. Don't be put off by the way they market them as "milk" or "cream". If it doesn't come out of an animals nipple then it doesn't contain lactosegrin

i drink milk & ice cream, so i add the honey to a bit of boiling water (50ml or so) and mix that together first, then just add it all to the milkshake mixer for a minute or so. tongue2

Almond Dream -- another brand that doesn't add either sugar or tapioca!

I see Rice Dream at stores all the time, so hopefully won't be too hard to track this down...
