If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks Jeanne.
Is coconut/almond milk safe if you're lactose intolerant?
How do you make honey smoothies jet?
Cheers.

Coconut cream and almond milk are fine in terms of lactose. Don't be put off by the way they market them as "milk" or "cream". If it doesn't come out of an animals nipple then it doesn't contain lactose

i drink milk & ice cream, so i add the honey to a bit of boiling water (50ml or so) and mix that together first, then just add it all to the milkshake mixer for a minute or so.

Almond Dream -- another brand that doesn't add either sugar or tapioca! http://www.tastethedream.com/products/product/1939/360.phpI see Rice Dream at stores all the time, so hopefully won't be too hard to track this down...
