If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Well gang I got back from my trip south to see my docs. I'm exhausted. I drove the 200 miles down saw my Neurologist then it was off to the Orthopedics for 2 surgical consults and drove home the 200 miles and "crashed" for a couple days. My Neurologist does indeed think that I have MS but will have the MRI next week to confirm. There is still a small chance that it could be something else so I will hold on to that for now. My Orthopedic surgeon officially handed me off to another surgeon who will be doing the surgery on my shoulder next month. I'm an emotional wreck and can't seem to get on a schedule with my shrink. Done nothing but cry for the last 2 days that I've been home after setting up yet another surgery I don't want to have. I'm trying to be my stedfast strong self but it just isn't there anymore. Oh well, such is life. I won't be on for a day or two, have to drive back down again today and will be back tomorrow. Hope you all have a great weekend. Cindy

Cindy, I am so sorry you are going through so many major things all at once. You have had so much to deal with and it is no wonder you have ended up feeling a wreck after that trip - the trip alone would do most of us in but to also face the strong possiblity of MS and having to schedule another shoulder surgery (which you will be dreading after having them before), well.....you have got to be kind to yourself and not expect your mind or body to just shrug it all off. You are a great support to everyone here, I know when I have needed support you have been there for me so I hope I can do the same in return. I know many many others will be doing that too for you. Take good care, remember to just let yourself go through the exhaustion, anger, fear and all the other emotions as well as the pain and once you are recovered from the trip it won't all seem quite so insurmountable.. Wow, Cindy! You are amazing the way you are coping with all this. No wonder you're reduced to tears. I can't believe that you are still managing to do all this driving as well.
I'll hang on to that hope with you that you don't have MS. And send you lots of hugs and all the extra strength that you can muster.

What a rough time... Fingers crossed that it is something else and not MS. Thinking of you.

You are in my thoughts, Cindy, and I'd be crying too! Hopefully you will see your therapist to get some support. Meanwhile, keep us posted here. Best wishes, Jan

Oh Cindy, what awful news. Makes perfect sense to come home and crash for a while after a trip like that.
