Hey Seb
Our internet has been down for a week or so, just catching up and gutted to read you are struggling again

I can only relate my own experience and say that with the coconut baking I think drinking more fluids is needed (cant give a scientific reason for this, Im afraid!) and just generally eating all safe things in moderation. So not too much of any particular food.
I started going a bit mad with sweet things lately (craving sugar has somehow taken over craving starch) and I have been feeling terrible - partly AS pains, partly digestion issues and just generally feeling low, no energy, irritable etc
If you were not on NSD you would probably not eat loads of coconut slice, fruit and pavlova. Just balance things out a little.
I find a lot of fruit intake very hard to digest.
I ate a fair few prunes wrapped in bacon yesterday and that upset my tummy big time!
It all gets too much sometimes - all we all really want is a diet that we can stick to which will help us get better. Sometimes I feel like it does not matter what you do it comes back to bite you!
I have been in touch with a nutrition therapist and am going to see what info they may be able to offer me.
I have a detailed questionnaire to fill out, which then has to be fully analised prior to the first consultation. So it may be a while before I have anything to share on here.
I hope you are feeling much better soon, hon.
Tink
