Hey thanks Kevin - the day is almost all over here in Oz! My hubby has made me a roast beef rib-eye dinner with mediterranean vegies - all NSD with just pan juices and no starch in the gravy. Now he is washing up and then we will have chocolate flourless (almond meal) cake with homemmade coconut ice cream and raspberries - proof that it IS possible to eat NSD and enjoy good food! I think the half bottle of red wine that I've drunk has helped with the birthday cheer!
