Before i was diagnosed with AS, I been having my inversion table for a few years now, and it seems to help my back pain. I stopped using it once I was diagnosed with AS. I forgot to ask the DR if I can still use it. What do you all think use it or not?

I have thought about getting one, but I don't know if they really help.

I asked my rheumatologist about this when i was first was diagnosed and she said definetly not!!!.She said becaused i had fusion.but if you dont have fusion ,i would think it would stave fusion off.I think its best to ask your doctor.

I used mine from age 22 to age 48. At around that time.. the degeneration point at L5/S1 became too tender to be able to handle the change in pressure. I just sold it 6 months ago. Good luck to you if it works though!
