HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2
SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9

Hi Louise, I seem to remember reading that you're a Physio too. I'm a PT in WA, just wondering what your experiences have been managing to work in a physically demanding occupation with AS? I am 29 years old have Undifferentiated Spondyloarthropathy (recently diagnosed) and am a bit anxious at the moment about what the future holds in regards to career and also family. I have been needing to have a fair bit of time off work but don't want to discuss my diagnosis with colleagues. Thanks for any insight you may be able to provide.
