Remember when they were first speaking about Pomegranite juice, quite a log time ago now. Used to take it. Hmmmmmm. Hope I can fnid Pomegranite Juice over here... Anything 'natural' to help lower the ole hypertension.

i had read lots of good things about pomegranate juice, so tried it.....
unfortunately its too acidic for my stomach and flared my gastritis frown
but i think i'm an unusual case.
i can still eat a little pomegranate and so that's what i do.
i love fruit, it just doesn't always love me! tongue4

I love pomegranate!!!! I grew up on them...maybe that's why this AS didn't hit me until later years. Our almond orchard had one large pomegranate tree...it was mostly like a VERY big bush. I would eat those almost daily as a kid when they were in season. My mom would make the BEST pomegranate jelly. Now I get an occasional pomegranate from a few trees that grow on my employer's property.
