If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Pomegranate juice reduces damage to tissues, inflammation and infections, study suggests (November 19, 2010) -- Studies in recent years have claimed multiple health benefits of pomegranate juice, including that it is a good source of antioxidants and lowers both cholesterol and blood pressure, especially in diabetic and hypertensive patients. A preliminary study now suggests that it can ward off a number of complications in kidney disease patients on dialysis, according to new study. ... > full story http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/11/101119083126.htm---------------------## Remember when they were first speaking about Pomegranite juice, quite a log time ago now. Used to take it. Hmmmmmm. Hope I can fnid Pomegranite Juice over here... Anything 'natural' to help lower the ole hypertension.

I love pomegranate!!!! I grew up on them...maybe that's why this AS didn't hit me until later years. Our almond orchard had one large pomegranate tree...it was mostly like a VERY big bush. I would eat those almost daily as a kid when they were in season. My mom would make the BEST pomegranate jelly. Now I get an occasional pomegranate from a few trees that grow on my employer's property.

Your genetic inheritance plays an important role in how foods affect you. Whatever your health risks, don’t avoid healthy fats especially omega-3 fatty acids. They are needed in every cell of your body, especially by your nervous system. http://health-informer.com/foods-affect-you
