If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

There is an alternative that the docs don't tell you about. It's a three day clear liquid diet cleanse. It's what they used to use back in the day. If you ask for the old protocol they'll probably let you use it.

Have a great day, Sooner. <grin> Catch you on the flip-flop. Once you go to sleep, it's a piece of cake, so my DH told me.

Sooner - Had to larf at the 'virginity' bit, too funny. Now, mine you tell him that bit, and that he'd better go easy. Speak to you later - prob tomorrow, after it's all over. Mind you after my 'first' time, I went home, cleaned out a 5 acre paddock then put up the electric fencing, and strimmed around the uprights. Was out working all evening. Good therapy - but don't fancy that in the cooooold weather.
Go well Remember your gut will be a tad tender afterwards and will take about a week to normalise.

Good luck Sooner! Hope all goes well and you don't feel too violated afterwards. My Dad woke up in the middle of his colonoscopy. I can't even imagine! When I had mine, I didn't even want to see the doctor before-hand because I was too em-bare-assed (ha!) about what he was about to do, and where he was about to do it!

If you've had a gutful of the belly problems, maybe you'll get to the bottom of it by haviing this done...? (sorry - couldn't help myself!) Being a veteran of the bottom-ender (mum died early of bowel cancer) I can tell you the prep *is* the worst bit..... Make sure they give you souvenir pics as a memento of your journey!

Last time, (my third) I think I began to develop a taste for that Moviprep and Gatorade combo
I have a new idea if they want me to do it again- what if the night before I swallow a marble or two? Or some little plastic army men?
Should make for an interesting diagnosis!

good luck, but you shouldn't need it! once they give you the drugs, there's nothing to it!
