Hey, as long as you're being honest...why not be proud of having just turned 82? It sounds that despite everything, life is settled as you say. Less stress is good. As for the meds--I am overdue for a shot & occasionally go on an enbrel "strike" either due to a) its effectiveness making me think I've really kicked AS or b) continued bureaucratic difficulties in receiving the med. But your tale of the results of having skipped it for 6 weeks happens to me as well. In fact guess that's why I've been up since 3am so I have decided to end my strike and will dedicate today's shot in your honor (to your honorability). Best wishes

Thought then, today, having just done 2 hours piano practice and achieving better results than I normally do in the process, that I might bore those foolish enough to read,
Alan, you will never be redundant here. The danger and intrigue you described sound like a screenplay screaming to be written. I, also, would love for you to teach my children piano.

My dear Allan a Dale, it's good to know you will be devoting yourself to music. The Merry Men have missed you, you know!!!
I am sorry to hear about the blatant disrespect shown you by your employers, but glad they at least paid you off well. They have done the music world a favour!!
By the way, my mother (a mere 9 years older than you ... be that as it may) was given a full-size keyboard and piano lessons for her birthday last week. I don't suppose you'd like to hop across the pond for a tutorial or two?
I'll lash you with a wet noodle for not getting those bloods sooner, but am very glad the Enbrel is settling in again. anti-TNFs are the best!!
The threats of violence to you and your family (I can only assume they were made by those perpetrating the frauds in your company) are frightening. I don't suppose the constabulary would be interested?
And, also, Mig ROCKS!!!
Love you tons, my friend.
Warm hugs,
Kat

Ohhhhh Dow, *great. Loved chuck playing, wonder IF I could teach mine? But not indoors - chucks have NO control on their poops, it just happens 'where' it happens! Eeerrrrmmmm. I know, send her to Alan...haha
Also looked at the animal companion video training, *excellent. Facinating to watch trainer at work. Alexandra Kurtland was the person who started mini horse traing for seeing eye. Great job.
A chum suggested yesterday that I get me a mini horse - quelle idee. Would need to move from here, as need pasturage, but... Would LOVE a mini horse, perhaps two and a small trap! Woo-Hoo. Anyone 'drive' here?
