As have said before, *never do Yoga NOR Pilates unless with a fully trained and qualified person who understands the limitations of their class atendees - be those limitations medical, physical/medical, etc etc One can *seriously harm oneself otherwise. And please, no AS person to EVER even try to stand on their head...!!

Yeah, I was wondering about that after reading that the drug is essentially not metabolized anywhere in the body...

Thanks for the recommendation. Definitely time to do some more reading.

I know, I'm such a spoil-sport... Well, I had to give em up so you can to - <LOL>

Heigh, good gal. Take two tabs on an empty stomach. Don't take other supplements like calcium, Vit-K2 etc any time near to the Stront C. You 'may' experience some constipation , but again , may not. But just in case, take correct action for correct action - but not too much/don't overdo it or you'll end up in that other thread (again...!!) alien

I have been taking a med that my GI put me on called Miacalcian that I spray into a nostril once a day. It works differently then the bisphosphonates. It does not cause any GI problems. It is supposed to prevent as much loss of calcium from the bones.
