If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Just curious to which anti-tnf you find works best. I'm on Humira at present, doesn't seem to be doing much. I know that's not everyone's experience. So just wondering your experiences. I created a poll on my blog to keep track of your experiences. Look forward to reading the results. http://endlesstrax.wordpress.com/2011/05/29/whats-your-experience/

I voted...
I used Humira first and the change was nothing less than miraculous. But then after about 6 months I started to notice pains develop in the 2nd week of the two week cycle. I was still a lot better than without any TNF, but my rheumy wanted to change me to Simponi. I did this after about 1 year on Humira and so far Simponi is sensational. I'm happy that it lasts the entire 30 days of its cycle. I do get some night pains in my hips, but it doesn't wake me up until almost before the alarm anyway. So far it is great.
