Just curious to which anti-tnf you find works best. I'm on Humira at present, doesn't seem to be doing much. I know that's not everyone's experience. So just wondering your experiences.

I created a poll on my blog to keep track of your experiences. Look forward to reading the results.

I voted...

I used Humira first and the change was nothing less than miraculous. But then after about 6 months I started to notice pains develop in the 2nd week of the two week cycle. I was still a lot better than without any TNF, but my rheumy wanted to change me to Simponi. I did this after about 1 year on Humira and so far Simponi is sensational. I'm happy that it lasts the entire 30 days of its cycle. I do get some night pains in my hips, but it doesn't wake me up until almost before the alarm anyway. So far it is great.
