If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

http://www.amazon.com/Real-Ease-Neck-and...5951&sr=8-1you might not think there is much to this gadget. and when my neck isn't too bad, it doesn't really do too much. but my neck got messed up again this past weekend from driving in the car. and my upper back started to tighten up in response. slept and woke with very bad neck pain and killer occipital headache. laid on this gadget for ~15 minutes or so, and it really worked! i was amazed! i have bone spurs / osteophytes along the left side of C2/C3 as identified on an MRI 1.5 years ago. so the bone spurs press on the nerves, causing the upper back to spasm, causing the shoulder blade and the ribs to be pulled at. all kinds of horrible pain from this cascade. but this $20-$30 gadget, it works pretty well. if you have neck problems, it may be something you can consider.

i hope you find relief with it. i was actually quite amazed that i did. seemed much too simple. it still gets irritated when i drive, sit too long, sit in bad chairs, etc etc. but at least right now i have something that calms it down in between. wish we all lived close together so we could try one another's gadgets

last night i had a deadline to meet, but was tired and neck starting to act up, so laid on the floor at 1:30 am "for a few minutes" using this neck gadget. woke at 5 am! neck and upper back muscles feeling so much better. for my problem (bone spurs pressing on nerves), this is working quite well right now. as i've said over and over, i'm simply amazed by that. as when the neck becomes really involved, its one of the worst pains there is.....affecting my head, headaches, neck, upper back, shoulder, etc etc. can't believed i've gotten it this much back under control in less than a week. of course i will now continue to drive with my ice pack behind my upper back until further notice preventatively.

hi bridget, i decided (so i'd never be without) to get a second one, so i could leave one at home and have one at work. just bought it on amazon for less than $30 ($23 plus ~$5 shipping and handling). placed the order a few nights ago and it arrived at my house yesterday
