If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Glad you had a good time at your son's party. I love making my kids birthday cakes and seeing their happy faces. I have so much fun picking out their gifts. Can you eat almond butter cookies? Just 3 ingredietns- 1 egg 1 cup almond butter(the kind that is only almonds) 1/2 cup sugar
mix and drop by the teaspoon on cookie sheet -bake at 350 for 10 minutes. I just tried these(today) and seem to be doing okay. I am preparing to eat these on my daughter's birthday which is this month. My pain was so high a couple months ago, I don't ever want to feel like that again, so I am doing my best right now. My dear husband is still doing the nsd with me, I can't thak him enough, it keeps me honest.
Take care!
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

I have to try these cookies one day. Almond butter is darn expensive here though..
Yeah plan ahead for the party and make a flourless cake, bring tamari almonds, beetroot chips, NSD cookies, etc. I always have a stash of safe snacks around
So true, we all cheat from time to time and it is part of the NSD journey

You know what? Even though a lot of things on NSD are expensive, I have spent less this past month on food than ever, because in the end I have eaten off the expensive foods longer than I have the quick cheaper foods, so in the long run I felt I saved a little more money than on the SAD (standard American Diet).
