If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

ran about 4 mile today. Ran at lunch today, because it is still dark to late in the morning now. I forgot to bring my GPS.

Hi everyone, I am here to admit that I've been seriously slacking the last couple of weeks. If I'm honest, I've only. been swimming every other days - but lately it's been every three days. Grief is getting me down again, and even though I'm doing "all the right things" to deal with it - it's just been d#$%&d hard getting used to life without my daughter. Today it was sunny though, and I hung out all my laundry & cleaned the house. That probably only took an hour, but it felt good go move around in and out of the sunshine. Just so you know, I see your posts EVERY DAY and I APPRECIATE YOU ALL MORE THAN YOU KNOW! I am definitely going to swim tomorrow morning @ 10:15. I have a date with my hubby. Peace out.

Ran at lunch today, because it is still dark to late in the morning now. Safety first! Lots of pain, but I am finally gettting a few endorphins from the exercise. Endorphins are bueno. I really am busy with my family over to visit me. Great fun I have to say but I am sleeping well. Not much better than fam & good sleep. Now I'm waiting to see how my hip will do. Be careful! Went on a "grand witches council" hunt for clues and brew ingredients Saturday night. My team of 8 came in last, but we had fun! That sounds SO FUN! all fun activities, but fun can really run a body ragged. Sometimes it's worth it though. Go TEAM!

20km on the bike in 33 minutes. 2km light jogging on the treadmill and 1000 metres in 25 minutes in the pool. A good evening. Tomorrow at the crack of dawn we are off to mainland Spain for a 4 day weekend holiday. I´ve been looking forward to this for a while.
Erica, it must be tough. I don´t even want to start to imagine what its like... But hey from what I can see here you must be a tough cookie.

Our kids want us to go spend Norway w/ them this winter. Ummmm... Spain sounds like a much better plan. Erica, it must be tough. I don´t even want to start to imagine what its like... But hey from what I can see here you must be a tough cookie. My advice to everyone has been to never worry again. It is pointless and the truth is as indescribable as is a woman trying to describe to a man what it's like to have a baby. Can't be done. I finally got myself to the pool today and swam 1,000 yds. It felt like swimming through jello after slacking for so long. But I did feel MUCH better afterward. Go TEAM!

i can only imagine how much you must miss her finally today, took a real walk, 30 minutes, 1.5 miles, with hubby, at dusk, my favorite time of the day, especially in winter when the charcoal grey silhouettes of the bare trees show up against the lighter grey sky behind them. i really needed it, SI joint feels better now than it has for the last week or so.
