unfortunately not always an option; doesn't mix well with some of drugs, namely the muscle relaxants for me. plus i already have a bit of fatty liver disease due to metabolic syndrome (maybe exacerbated by drugs) so unfortunately alcohol is out for me. though i do occasionally have a sip of wine if my husband brings home a good one. glad it seems to be helping you!

LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

I'm not sure about three shots of dark rum, but a can of cider every night (2.4 alcohol units) helps me. Tops up the effect of pain meds a bit, and does relax me. But, I do have to wonder about the long term effects when I am also taking liver-damaging meds. At the moment my LFTs are OK, but if they ever changed then alcohol would be the first thing I'd stop.

Pot never made me puke like rum did,and it mixes well with other drugs,all right.

Im still waiting to see if someone else did it..lol I think I wil look that up that would be good if it would help with inflammation.
