Yesterday: It was raining here, and in my old age I don't like running in the rain anymore so elliptical for me. I went 3.5 miles in 33:10 minutes.

I don't think I ever did like running in the rain, but I used to do it anyway. In 2008 I ran a marathon where it rained the whole 26.2 miles.

I am now back from my holidays in Argentina boo hoo. It was great, it was really great, it was really really great.

But hey, I have just been with my baby son for the first time in 12 days and hey that is really really great too.

I did 2000 metres in the pool on Wednesday morning, got on a bus for 14 hours on Wed. afternoon then went straight to the airport and did 12 hours direct to Madrid Spain. When I arrived it was Friday morning with the time changes etc.

The good news is that even though I was sitting for more than 1 day with virtually no movement my back didn´t play up at all. Thanks to the pool!!!! Last week I had an episode in Buenos Aires when I couldn´t walk in the evening, I simply couldn´t walk (the pool at the moment is sorting things out nicely).

The bad news is that a big political argument has erupted between Spain and Argentina about oil. The Spanish are not too happy.

I´d best tell everybody the holiday was crap and Argentina isn´t worth visiting.

Let´s keep this conversation a secret.

P.S. Thank you everybody for being here, let´s keep up the good work!!!!

Saturday's run: 10.02 miles in 1 hour and 46 minutes. The sad part is I used to run a 1/2 marathon in that time.

I am walking up our hill, about two blocks of steep walking / then down and back up; 3 times. Yep it is a start.
I am unable to walk for 1/2 hour, but if I walk on a hill, climbing I get more exercise.

go team go yea team!!!!
