I tried searching but couldn't find anything on previous posts but has anyone with AS tried this new t-zone vibration thing? Its at gyms in a lot of places its the latest thing and they say its good for bone density etc.(Good for all that ails you!). My mom is all gung ho for it and says its like a massage. (Um no thanks). But I thought I'd just ask for more than just my voice especially since I am pretty early on in my diesease so I don't have a lot of damage yet. Thanks in advance for all the feedback

Just be aware that anything that vibrates potentially can cause pretty bad damage with people with arthritis or osteoporosis or disc problems. It might sound a nice idea and be portrayed as a kind of "massage", but some of those vibrations can be really tough on already stressed bodies.
