yesterday walked ~1.5 miles, 45 minutes
2 groups of several deer, watched them run through the fields to get further away, from the rear easy to see why they are named "white tail"
lots of killdeer flying around and making their very distinctive call.
a fun walk in the soybean fields
today walked 1 mile, 20 minutes
nice sunset both days
Sounds like a bit of heaven.  Good job!

Walked back in the same fields, this time following along the stream that runs through the field; covered with reeds, so tons of red wing black birds, with their distinctive calls, probably protecting their nests. and every so often the song of a frog; sounded like a bull frog to me, but hubby corrected me, so who knows  1.5 miles, 45 minutes yes, erica, it is really peaceful back there. just the sound of the birds and frogs.

hi everyone! been MIA for awhile keeping busy as a grammie buggy!  Krav Bag last week Mon & Tuesday: 60 min each Walking Sunday with baby buggy---she's shedding lbs and getting fitter!: 2.75 miles Monday: Krav Bag 60 min Tuesday:Krav Bag: 60 min Was hoping to get back into KM2 to prep for Testing but there wasnt enough students to it was cancelled. I go to see my Rheumy on thursday. Going to discuss med options as the last injection from pain mgmt doc was unsuccesful. My thoracic is giving me more vicious pain than I thought it could be capable of. I hate AS...pffft!! Go team go!!!

Hey team, Did we miss our 2 year anniversary?  I think so.  Well, anywhoooo.... today I noodled in the pool for 40 minutes, yesterday I swam 500 yds. Gotta keep moving, even if it's by fits and starts. Go TEAM!

One day I'm just going to email you and say I'm on my way. I miss living by the wild North Pacific for the smells and sounds and nature.  But my body LOVES THE DESERT!
