Any KA members competing or attending???? What events?? I'm competing in the 1000 meter sidestroke on Aug. 12th so watch for me on TV at the award podium.  Been in training for 3 years for this!

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

I did manage a bronze at the 'Chatanooga chat chat' games by competing in the '1 hour without talking event'. I lasted a whole 2 and 3/4 minutes, silver lasted 3 mins and the gold place well he was so good, didn't talk for the whole hour, mind you he was dead.
Mig was disqualified for talking endlessly, which wasn't too bad but she sulked too and that rates an instant disqualification!
