If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Good job! This morning's run 3.4 miles in 30:54 minutes. Good job! My niece saw pink rain in Utah yesterday. Did you see it? She said it was sort of dusty and then the sun shone just exactly right through the clouds. Today I swam 600 yds & walked the mall with my mother-in-law for 2 hours. Yesterday I swam 1,000 yds. Go TEAM!

I didn't see the pink rain, we have not had much rain up here.

Good job! The sun is doing that here, too!

Here the sun is not only setting earlier, but it is rising later. That worries me because I am signed up for a half marathon on Sept. 22, and it starts at 6:00 am. I don't really like running in the dark. I have twisted my ankle several tines while running in the dark.

Just sayin'...

I continue walking the dog
what a hoot!
I have been able to play and lift Emily
the sun moves about two minutes a day, as far as time goes...
We do have smoke in the air also, which makes for wonderful colors, but also means some ones lively hood is burning up.
Go Team Go!!
What a great group!!
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

Good job! Nothing better than babies and puppies! We had a 7 year old puppy with us for the weekend. His human daddy passed away and his human mama flew to WI for the service. Nobody left their baby with us though.
