Hi Team!!! cheerleader

Good Job!!! 1cup

I personally have done absolutely nothing for two days, though I intend to tomorrow! grin

Today I attended the NAMI Western Slope Clergy Conference - Changing Attitudes, Changing Lives. It was AMAZING that over 50 clergy members showed up for the day long event. Our president managed to organize the local VA, PD mental health specialists, mental hospital panel, IOOV presenters, QPR trainer, and a wonderfully popular local pastor who lives very successfully - AND OPENLY - with severe anxiety and panic.

Okeedokee. Go TEAM! clap

TodayI was feeling really tired so I decided I was going to cut my run short, and only run 2 miles. When I got on the road I decided I could make it 3 miles. When I made it back to the gym I had run 3.54 miles in 34:57 minutes.

Good job everybody, you are all inspiring:)

There's an old saying that "when you [*bleep*] a preacher off, you'd better look smart and keep knockin'" and I believe it!

Here's the FB Photo Album of yesterday's Clergy Conference .

Our president Leslie is an AMAZING woman who has such a heart for this mission. We always tease her, because she cries when she talks about how NAMI saved her family. It has certainly saved my niece and brother-in-law.

Okeedokee! Still haven't done one single bit of exercise... this is day 3... I know better. Hopefully my next post won't be of my back going out.

Love you all! Go TEAM!!! cheerleader

I walked for 20 minutes today. Did my stretches for 15 minutes. Felt great afterwards but heck, I did not want to move this morning! Glad I did though.
