If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

My feet are usually better than this. Between my cushy New Balance shoes with the NB Pressure Relief insoles and thick socks, I've got all the cushioning I can get. Just too many hours on the concrete that day. Need to sit more and that day it wasn't happening. Heel cups didn't help at all. Got new shoes and insoles today. Yea! Got my car wheels aligned for the trip to Stillwater tomorrow. Got a lot of stuff done. Ready to meet some KA Kickers tomorrow! Woo-hoo.
That brace/strap thingie only bunched up when I bent knee to sit. If I kept foot pushed out, thus straightening my leg some, it wasn't too bad. Didn't wear it around the house the next day (I was off and resting up from the week, doing very little in the way of moving around, compared to the week prior) and thought knee was getting better. Today I ran a bunch of errands and it started hurting again. Boo.

Ah-Ha, so it does bunch. Thought it might. The big braces can't bunch as the metal side pieces keep all in order. best ever for knee probs. But am glad that you are recovering from the patella flare. Good job. Enjoy the meet up - hope someone takes good photos...

Dear Sweet Molly....How I wish you were here to be with us today. You can be reassured that I will be thinking of you.
How wonderful it would be if we could "all" be together to talk, laugh, hug and be together. There are so many special people here that we will miss today.
Hugs.

Enthesitis around the knee always precedes knee synovitis. The patella is often a point of attack because it is essentially a floating piece of bone encapsulated within the patellar tendon. Acute inflammation would probably show up in a bone scan. Fibro-cartliage inflammation of the knee cap can spread into the supra-patellar bursa and since that bursa communicates with the knee joint proper then knee synovitis (and swelling) can follow the bursitis. Very painful!
