Steve, you are an inspiration with all the running you do!

Lon, good to see you here; glad you liked the video, they have a 24 hour video of the song and dance smile

Erica, sorry to hear about your MIL, but glad she has hospice. My husband's parents both had hospice and you are so right about it.

I've been so busy, I get up from my desk and walk the halls a lot, but haven't been logging any time or distance. And its hard to go outside in zero degree weather….that's zero degrees F, not zero degrees C….its hibernation time around here…..been doing some yoga at home too…can't wait til its warm enough to go for a pleasant walk.

Everyone, keep up the good work smile

more snow to move-

50 minutes of walking against the current in the pool-ok once in a while I turn around, or step side ways.

go team go- move those muscles.... work those joints. burn those calories. I think I felt my bicep early this morning. And yesterday I actually saw a few stomach muscles!!!

Erica,
So sorry to hear your MIL is in a hospice I hope she is being pampered and well looked after.

Wish we had snow here its dark dank windy and wet.

Been walking most days for 35mins with a slightly longer one at the weekends.

I also did a marathon cutting out session the other weekend 5 skirts and a pair of trousers for my mum. I don't know if that counts! My back was certainly a bit sore the next day

I've been feeling like the picture of the development of Neanderthal man from an ape lately you know getting up from a chair to upright takes an age laugh. I think I've discovered the cause though so onwards and upwards smile

Well I've done 30 minutes on my elliptical twice a day for the last 3 weeks like clock work. I'm going to fast till Wednesday and do 2 45 minute sessions a day then maybe extend it till Friday I might throw some lettuce in my mouth if need be I'll be in remission by Monday morning and wanna see what the rest of the week will bring. I have court on wed, GI 4 hrs away on thurs (haven't seen em in 6 months, then the delray open on Friday-Sunday, which will b on tennis channel.

I'm going to start playing 4.0 USTA events and work my way up. I'm gonna try to at least make it to challengers(the minors). I know I'm gonna have to get my acl back in eventually, just dreading the recovery. I'll post some pics from my next tournament

Gonna try to fit some ball in too

100 minutes of river walking...

20 minutes of ice chopping

I felt like I was kissing the pavement like the Wild Street Tumblers
