If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran the Historic Half Marathon in Fredericksburg, VA
Time: 1:41:47
My left SI joint was really hurting during the run though. I was limping afterwards. I'm glad I'm getting these runs out of the way now because even at 31 years old I feel I won't have much longer before I have to give up running entirely.
I think it is time for me to get back to the rheumatologist and get some imaging done.

Ran 3 miles this morning. Didn't make it our running at all on Saturday. Did a lot of work in the yard, and my back hurt when I was done. To much bending over.

Thanks. 2 hours was my goal. I trained at around an 8 minute pace, doing my longest run at 12 miles in 1:36:00 time. I was hoping to keep it at that. I guess I just had it in me to do a 7:45 pace so I did. I had pain but I also had the energy to do it. I didn't have any AS pains running my marathon in October but I ran it a lot slower - 9:10 pace.

I continue to walk every day - 25 minutes - 45 minutes. This amount of stiffness is overwhelming at times. I can't get a good breath. but I do press on!

PEA-thank you! Keep at it and you will get back to where you want to be!
5 hours of yard work- digging and chopping out shrubs. putting things under the deck- that I may need later. (ahem- junk) digging in my little garden spots! Yea, team go! Steve- why don't you just run on over here?????

Monday:
I avoid walmart at all costs, but needed something from there so went.
An hour later, walking all over that store, was finally done.
That place is huge! I always hurt after being in there. Between the walking and the allergies to all the chemicals in there.
Not sure the distance, but a lot of ground covered.
Sunday: Lilac fest. Not sure the distance of walking, but walked around the park for ~ 3hours.
A bit sore from that as well, mostly due to some hills and stairs to navigate, which SI does not like. But amazing how much easier it is to walk outside than in a big store.
