Ran 3 miles on Saturday, and another 3 miles this morning. I did give up on running a half marathon at the end of the month. I just have to much going on, and don't have time to put in the miles needed to be ready for it. I thought I could get up earlier, but I need my sleep.

Speaking of sleep, I slept all night last night. Usually I wake up about 3 am, and then go back to sleep. May be I have the medicine figured out. Hope it continues.

Started out on my run this morning thinking I was only going to run 2 miles. Then I decided I could go 2.5 miles. Finished the run after 3 miles. I was going to cut the run short because I needed to get to work early. Still made it in a little early, but not as early as I wanted.

It's should be my 5th to last. The last 2 times I've been doing them on the same day and each time they have locked me up pretty bad. The humira is in my body a Lil but the levels are so small I don't even know if there is a anyway to make it work. And I think the mtx is helping but flaring too. So I am going to do the shots on different days from now on, wait till the mtx side effects go down then do the humira since it will be a day or 2 late this week anyway and probably a better dosing schedule. We are going to try something else and I have a real good feeling it will work in me. And I know if it initially works or starts to work in me it will never waiver. I'm fusing now and very fast so we have to move quick. I definitely see his rationale(based on 1 key factor I've read in the lit numerous times and something they just know is true). this may be the best and safest alternative in my situation and I have a feeling this is one of my doctor's silver bullets.

I lost the match but it was close. And on top of that had 8 aces to his 1 and thought I played well but at times lost my patiences. And my coach was so mad he called like 7 balls out that were in. I think only about 2 effected the match though. He felt so bad he beat me lol, he was trying to comfort me afterwards. I'm sure he was shocked. He was sweating bullets before the match after he saw me warm up. Anyway he was about 2 levels below me and I have a hard time playing down(this is something i have to work on, all my coaches talk about how I'll look bored out there till the play starts to pick up). It was my first match in 4 or 5 months and had been playing again for a week or so after the torn muscle. So I expect better results next week, we have a bye this week. I might wait on my surgery now since we are going to try something that will most likely work. The anesthesia will flare my AS and flares at my stage are irreversible. But with meds on board I should come out of it faster and lessen the overall damage. I figure that has to be the best idea and I think my Rheummy has wanted me to wait till there is some control till I do it anyway. Anyway~

The other thing is is I have been hitting at Serinia Williams club and where Andy Murray plays and their in awe what I can do(not them but the people who watch me at the clubs, they haven't got to see me play yet!) Especially with the ACL, IBD and AS. I'm positive if we can control this and get my acl back in I can make the tour(for maybe 2 to 4 years if everything goes well)(i have something most players dont have, mostly you see it in the ones with injuries). All the coaches tell me the same.

The one I hit with in key biscayne plays on the WTA(highest professional womans tour) and she thinks I have a lot more talent than most pros. Not to brag or anything but I'm proud my hard work has paid off and considering the AS and all. Anyway I'm trying to get some exposure while I can still play before the surgery. Hoping I can hit with 1 of the ATP players(I do better at this level) or Serenia.

Man if only she wanted a husband or BF with a ton of diseases. I would melt like butter though. She kept telling me I don't bite come closer lol and kept smiling at me! I dont know if that meant anything but one can only wonder. But she knows Novak Djokovic so I'm sure she wants and deserves a pro tennis player with no diseases. She just moved to Miami 2 weeks ago though so if I had a chance now would be the time I guess till she has a million people hitting on her!

No one probably gives a crap but figured I'd share~

Hope everyone is doing well with their meds and exercise and what not.

Tnate- we all care, yet we all seem to have so much to do. I enjoy your youth and your attempt to stay strong and healthy. Of course you have a lot to offer. Hold your head high and keep growing as a person. Many on this site have far more to offer because we have been invaded by the monster.

Lots of yard work, hours.. walking to and from the Lake, up and down. Just beautiful weather here in the NW.

Yesterday I did a 5K walk fundraiser for Crohn's and Colitis. Then I hit the pool for my daily 45 minute resistance truing. Then I cycled 20K. I crashed at 5:00 pm.

Today I did the pool routine and cycled about 5K.
