If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've been flaring a bit lately which does tend to happen but most recently ive been having strange sensations in my arms and legs and hands and feet. Really hard to explain or even source, which in itself makes me wonder whether it might be nerve related? It's like a deep ache and restlessnesss. Kinda like restless legs but more painful. And lying down helps whereas my normal restless legs are worse when I go to bed. And it's most of the day. I do have some pain in lumbar spine, sij area and mid thoracic spine.
Id appreciate any thoughts on whether this might be from my spine or meds or something else? And any ideas for helping it as its very annoying! I know my sij's were mostly fused and my spine has bits of calcification when xrayed 3 years ago.I haven't had any imaging on thoracic spine, but have had plenty of pain there for years.
I will of course get this checked out but my family doctor will want to know what my forum buddies'experiences are! And any ideas about what i could do in the meantime would be much appreciated.

look up symptoms of spinal stenosis and neurogenic claudication - it could be coming from your spine. If it is stenosis related, then I think its quite easy to tell based on the pattern of when it happens and what relieves it.

Thanks cemc. I had a look at the symptoms and it doesn't sound quite the same.I'm feeling a bit better after a restful weekend so will see how it goes. I'm half wondering whether it might be a side effect of the meloxicam I restarted a few weeks back so have stopped taking it for a couple of days...

when you mentioned the meloxicam, made me think of the fact that a few of the nsaids I tried gave me edema (fluid retention). gave me symptoms mostly in my legs, especially lower legs. unless you've had it, its hard to explain. it was "nonpitting edema" so you couldn't see it, but I could feel it. took years to realize what was going on with vioxx. after that, other nsaids caused it, then I knew what it was.
