If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Steve wow! When's the marathon?! Three weeks? I've been strength training e/o day and swimming afterward. Except for yesterday when I gardened for a couple of hours. Planted tomato plants among my lily & iris beds. Go TEAM!

Saturday I went for a good cycle. In the evening I had a few drinks with a friend but felt fine so I decided to walk home instead of getting a taxi. My girlfriend said I was hammered when I got home judging by the silly boyish grin on my face at 3am. On Sunday we went for a swim but really just splashed around after my histrionics the night before.
All in all a really nice weekend

All in all a really nice weekend Sounds fun! I support the cab ride home! Today I finished planting the peppers and tomatoes in the back yard beds with the help of my 2yr old grandson. LOTS of mud! This afternoon I went lifting and swimming at the gym with my hubby. Go TEAM!

@Erica K I have just got some tumbling tomatoes to put in pots. I decided to try them again after having failed dismally with them in hanging baskets. I put them out to harden off as we had some sunny weather last week then looked at them later and thought eek the wind has killed them no they need some water then when I brought them in I thought no the wind has affected them!! I havent dared put them out again yet as we have had a very cold wind even though its been sunny. I haven't managed to do so much this last week I've been very low on energy. I have been gardening though very slowly! Rotating between weeding between the cracks in the crazy paving, planting plants and digging beds over. Walked up the hill a couple of times feeling very slow but according to hubby no slower than usual. x
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop

Hi Team! Thank you soooooooo much for keeping up the awesome posts throughout the week! I LOVE hearing what everyone is up to this spring/fall. Isn't that funny how some of us are moving into summer and some into winter? Our world is so cool. I tried to make a slide show of my stats over the last two weeks at the gym, but I'll just say I've been strength training and cardio in between swimming days. It's such fun to be at the gym again after so many years, but my body is not necessarily as enthusiastic as my attitude. Today I mowed our whole lawn! Of course it remains to be seen how my joints will feel about this happy activity tomorrow. Hugs to everyone! Go TEAM!
