Lon, I do understand the moving AS pain. I've turned it into a bizarre little game. I, also, play the random swelling game.
Unfortunately, my tailbone is at a 90 degree angle to my sacrum. the nerves are always taut and the added pressure of sitting bends them further. I do a lean forward and towards the center while I'm driving. That way I'm actually sitting on my hip instead of my tush.
