If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Well I picked up a foam roller which has been really good for spine from so to neck, and even muscles down to toes. I mostly have just been hiking which has not been good enough. Foam roller is helping me build muscles to sit up longer. My mom also has a horse that is pretty ornery she is 26 year old Swedish warmblood that is still in good shape bone wise and very small for her breed. I was getting her out on the trails for a run to get her in better shape but need to go with other horses cause she gets scared. I was still able to trot her out to the river which was hard on my back neck and stomach. Then let her stretch out and gallop up the back way staying off her back. I should be doing more with her as I am back on stronger pain meds, but school is taking all my time I am lucky to ride the quad around. I grew up at this horse farm that's letting me stay in a trailer on the property in exchange for feeding Sun and some caretaker tasks.

Been walking, mostly at work, so not paying much attention to time or distance. So nice outside some days, the flowering trees and bushes are starting to be in bloom. The Carlisii smells so good! The redbuds and crab apples look lovely.

Trying to get back to a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday running schedule. Working on changing my running style a little bit. I have some zero drop running shoes.

Saturday I got up to go running just as I was heading out the door it started raining. I grabbed the keys, and headed for the gym. 32 minutes on the elliptical.
Lon: Zero drop shoes. those shoes have a level profile and have little or no "drop" from where the heel sits in a shoe and where the forefoot sits in a shoe. In other words, the shoes are designed without a built-up heel or a steep slope from the heel to the forefoot and instead allows a runner’s foot to sit relatively parallel to the ground.

Orch-I used to wear shoes like that in the 70's. They were comfortable. Now I need the heel cushion.. But the idea of level footing even with a heel cushion may be good. My dress boots are "white's" they are heavy leather, lace ups, but with zero drop, even with a cowboy type heel. They are so comfortable, but are too heavy for all day.
I seem to stay busy with plumbing AND yard chores, I do walk Lola for 20 ,minutes each day.
