Good job keeping moving everyone!!! It all counts!!!
I gotta say that the nice thing about remission is being able to be of use to my friends and family. I got to go help a close loved one through chiari malformation surgery and it felt sooooo good! He's doing great and can go back to work in a month!
It was such a trip to watch someone who has been suffering from brutal pain for so long just bounce right up and start gardening... (which means I gardened, as my job was to keep him from doing too much).
Anyway, I've been taking care of my 8 baby fruit trees. We have 4 grafted apples with 6 types of apples between them, two pear, and two sweet cherries. We have a small yard, so they are all high yield semi-dwarfs.
It's kinda smokey here in western Colorado. Fires fires fires... could use some more rain in this desert!
I've been swimming in between being my hubby's construction clean up crew and homemaker.

OK, finally got serious about my walking. Did so every day this week, anywhere from 1.5-2.5 miles each day. Sometimes all in one walk, other times broken up in 2-3 segments.
Next weekend, maybe I'll finally get on my bike

Didn't like the way my fasting blood glucose was creeping up, so about a month ago, I got serious again and am making sure to exercise every day again...
mostly its been daily walking, at least a mile each day.
the other day we went for a 5 mile bike ride; plan to do that again soon.
