If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Starting a separate thread on this... for me, I get significant bouts of fatigue even when I don't have any active arthritis. Sometimes a couple of very strong coffees can help me feel more awake, but this comes with obvious side effects (being hyper, anxious, etc.) Sometimes coffee doesn't help and I have to lay down for a couple hours instead, sometimes a full day or two. Also taking NSAIDs, while I try to do it sparingly, help with fatigue.
Any other tips on how to alleviate AS fatigue?
Also how the heck do people rest during office work hours? Many articles online recommend you make arrangements with your employer to be able to lie down somewhere for several hours. That's a nice idea but I suspect that would be a difficult ask in practice for most workplaces.

Hello there,
You stated that the NSAIDs help with the fatigue... my assumption is that if that is the case, the disease is active in some form and your body is using a lot of energy to battle the disease making you tired.
My employer now has a relaxation room at one office... but it is time off from work to use. Depending on the job, can also be difficult to find the time.
Best
Tim
