I'm terribly sorry to report that probably the most widely respected and one of the longest standing members of kickas.org, OldGeorge, will be taking a long, extended break from the site. His health has been failing him badly, and he wants to spend time with his family. George's personality, wisdom and humour will be greatly missed here while he's gone. I hope you'll join me in wishing him the best, and hoping that he becomes well enough to join us again before too long. I do wish George the best, and understand the need to spend the "good" times he does have with his family, we'll miss you George while your gone, but take good care and look forward to hearing from you when you feel ready. Take care Jackie

What unhappy news for all of us, George will be missed greatly!!!! When I first came to KA he was a rock, always there, dependable, helped me sort out everything from dealing with nerve pain to caring for my eyes after I developed Sjogrens. But yes, I can understand that he wants to spend more time with his family, and I can only say I hope it isn't too long before he's posting again. Cheryl  Dogs believe in long term relationships

Loz a sorry task to perform. But I wish George all the best along with everyone else. He is a part of the KA history and a person I respect for his humor and his wisdom. George, You'll be greatly missed, but I understand the need to take a break. And time with family is all-important. Here's to hoping that the summer brings you improved health. Just don't be gone from KickAS too long now, 'ya hear?  Hugs, Cindy
