gday folks .. well as you can probably guess Im from Australia .. little town called Gulargambone - pop.450 ... and it has a website!! well kinda .. www.gulargambone.com.au .. i now live on the Central Coast of NSW about an hour north of Sydney .. its a nice little part of the world .. close to beaches and mountains and of course Sydney if youre so inclined.

Holly, I had to bring this thread back up. I just finished reading a book the other day that half of it is set in Sylacauga. I had never heard of the town before and thought it was neat that it was mentioned in the book. I remember thinking hey! Holly lives there. Just glad is was a work of fiction and you didn't have to deal with some of the characters though  The book is Indelible by Karin Slaughter was a pretty good book. I guess I missed this one, but what a cool post  (I mean Lord) Simpo. We sure do represent the world, don't we?? We oughta have a pageant!!! Sylacauga (took me about a year to be able to pronounce it.  ) is this little town that is in the sticks. It produces these little fairy like people that go around and spread their fairy dust far and wide. The little fairys can sometimes pose as humans, and have hearts as big as big can get. Their hearts can actually be bigger than their bodies. Remember, they are fairys, and anything can happen...Fairys are the type of "people" that you never realize just how good they are. They work behind the scenes, night and day, helping everyone and anyone. They take a lot of abuse, from people that do not realize just how special they are. Fairys will go without to help the every day person. I have seen a few of these little creatures here on KA, spreading their cheer. You need to be careful...some are fairy wanna be's...they really try, they just to do good for all, but fall just a little short...they need the fairy dust to be a "real" fairy. In order to see a fairy, you must believe...you need to be like a child believing in Peter Pan...No doubts at all...if you look very carefully...you may be lucky and see one. We do have one here with us now. I have seen glimpses of her on occasion. Appreciate the fairys amoung us. We really do take advantage of our Admin's and Mods. We assume things that we should not, and these folks work behind the scenes, giving us all their time. They take time from their personal lifes to dedicate to running this site. We all need to remember that they are volunteers and try to make things as easy on them as possible. Our KA team is who I am referring to...they are our "fairys" or "angels." They may tick us off a time or two, but they really are doing the best that they can, and get kicked a lot, and thanked very little.... THANK YOU KA TEAM!! You guys is the bestest!
