I think they suggest the crackers just so you have something to throw up LOL this may sound a bit gross..... but eating things you know won't hurt coming back up helps LOL graham crackers...Honeycomb cereal..... those were better for me LOL the only thing that ever helped me with the nausea was herbal raspberry tea. actually never had any morning sickness with my first..... but boy did the second one make up for that  Doug, I am just so excited for you and Donna. Just so glad that something wonderful is finally coming to your family. You all deserve it so much. Hmm Pam, just wondering if your second was a boy??!!! I've heard people say that boys cause more problems Your comment on raspberry tea had me smiling, one of my kitties loves the stuff - the times I found her with her head in a mug, or running through the house with the teabag in her gob!!! Thanx Cheryl, Donna agrees with you on that all day sickness stuff. She is now in the habit of taking extra crackers with her to work as she gets queasy often throughout the day. Doug
