Thanks for the encouraging and humorous post. I try to stay active-and don't want to give up my hobbies. Martial arts helps you mentally and emotionally as well as physically-and I need it to relieve stress. Horses and dogs are comforting, even though they sometimes add to the stress because they cost money to take care of, and they sometimes don't always behave so well, but neither do I for that matter.
