Prone lying. You probably already know, but I think it bears repeating...
Lie flat on the floor on your belly for 20 mins. per day. Or twice per day.
It's kind of difficult if you can't turn your head, though, because you can squish your nose and suffocate! I put a pillow under my chin so I can breathe.
In my case, for some odd reason, I'm fusing quite straight and get complimented on my posture. Then I say, "It's not good posture, it's just that my spine is fused." Then I get the puzzled look. I can't say I do all my exercises daily, so I don't know why I got lucky in this respect.
